Terms And Conditions

Effective Date: Friday, April 24, 2026

1. Subject Matter of the Contract and Legal Acceptance

1.1. Service Provision: These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “T&C”) govern the architectural visualization and digital rendering services provided by RENDERIES (hereinafter “The Company”).

1.2. Legal Agreement: The formal acceptance of a personalized quote (via email or WhatsApp) and the subsequent Initial Payment (50%) constitutes a binding legal agreement between the Client and The Company. By initiating the project, the Client unconditionally accepts these T&C.

2. Prices, Project Scope and Currency

2.1. Global Currency: All services provided by the Company are quoted and billed in US Dollars (USD), regardless of the Client’s geographic location.

2.2. Dynamic Pricing: Fees are determined on a project-by-project basis. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing based on project complexity, technical requirements, and the specific market standards of the region where the project is located.

2.3. Scope Limitations: The quote covers only the items specifically listed. Any request for additional views, longer video duration, or extra features beyond the initial quote will be billed as a “Project Add-on.”

3. Service Process and Timeline

3.1. Project Kick-off: The project officially begins once the Initial Payment (50%) is confirmed and the Company has received all necessary technical files (CAD, plans, references).

3.2. Iterative Workflow: Each revision round has a maximum turnaround time of 7 business days from the moment the Client submits their feedback. The Company will notify the Client via email as soon as the updated drafts are ready for review.

3.3. Final Delivery Timeline: The final, high-resolution assets (clean renders and videos) will be delivered within 10 to 15 business days after the final round of revisions has been officially approved by the Client.

3.4. Release of Finals: The Company will only provide download links for non-watermarked, high-resolution files once the Final Payment (50%) has been confirmed.

4. Intellectual Property and Promotional Use (Mandatory Clause)

4.1. Usage Rights: Upon full payment, the Client is granted commercial rights to use the final renders/videos for marketing and promotion.

4.2. Working Files: The Company remains the sole owner of the 3D source files (e.g., .max, .skp, .c4d). These are not included in the delivery.

4.3. Promotional License: The Client grants RENDERIES a worldwide, irrevocable license to use the final imagery and process shots (Behind the Scenes) for promotional purposes (Social Media, Portfolio, Reels).

4.4. Confidentiality: If the project requires a non-disclosure period, the Client must notify the Company in writing. Publication can be postponed for a maximum of 30 days after delivery.

5. Storing and Deleting Files

5.1. Delivery Channel: Final files will be delivered via a digital download link (Email). The Client is responsible for downloading and backing up all assets immediately.

5.2. Retention Policy: The Company will host the final files for 60 calendar days. After this period, the files will be permanently deleted from our servers to protect privacy and optimize storage.

6. Revisions and Modifications

6.1. Included Reviews: Each project includes 3 rounds of adjustments as defined in the quote.

6.2. Major Changes: Modifications that imply structural changes to the 3D model after the Client has approved the initial layout will incur additional fees, even if the 3 rounds of reviews have not been exhausted.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1. Non-Refundable Deposit: The 50% initial payment is non-refundable. If the Client cancels the project before completion, this amount compensates the Company for work performed and lost opportunity costs.

7.2. Project Abandonment: If the Client fails to provide feedback or information for more than 15 consecutive days, the project will be marked as “Paused.” If inactivity exceeds 30 days, the project is considered “Abandoned,” and the initial payment is forfeited. To resume an abandoned project, a reactivation fee may apply.

8. Communication and Support

8.1. Official Channels: For legal and tracking purposes, Email is the official channel for project approvals and file delivery. WhatsApp is used solely for day-to-day support, quick updates, and general coordination.
